Yasemin Yolacar is a fashion stylist and editor based in her native city of Istanbul. She has been pursuing a career in the fashion industry for more than five years and she is currently involved with
an internationally acclaimed womens society magazine Hello! as well as freelance projects.
After receiving her bachelors degree in Business Administration from Huron University in London, she pursued her childhood passion in styling and attended the London College of Fashion where she received her formal training in fashion styling and photography. During her formal training, she received apprenticeships from the legendary British fashion designer Betty Jackson followed by the American fashion designer Kim Davis.
Yasemins editorial and advertorial carrer began working as a fashion stylist/editor for the Hello! magazine. During this time she has acheieved a remarkable success working with the publication that promoted international models and celebrities. She has also worked for bridal fashion shootings in Brides Magazine. Her projects includes diverse array of cover stories not only published in magazines, but also in multiple national newspapers. While she is working with the magazines she decided to continue her career working on freelance projects as a fashion stylist and image consultant for models, celebrities and commercial organizations tv advertising campaigns.
Her unique style which could be best characterized as colorful elegance inspired by as the French say Frappant style of the twenties. She accomplishes this by the use of alluring color as the primary element blended with the right accesories in order to create a striking feminine effect on people.
The success of her projects relies not only her intuitive ability to see the best in people and reflect that image to the world, but it also entails working with the renowned photographers, make-up artists and hair-stylists.
Yasemin has worked with celebrities such as Nukhet Duru, Tugba Unsal, Ece Sukan, Deniz Seki, Ceyda Duvenci, Berguzar Korel, Guzide Duran, Tulin Sahin, Yesim Salkim, Meltem Cumbul, Demet Sener, Ebru Salli, and many other distinguished names.
